Power Vinyasa
One Breath One Movement
A continuous sequence synchronizing breath to movement in a fluid manner. This class focuses on bringing awareness to your breathing and using it to guide you through each posture. Unroll your mat for an energizing full body flow that will fire up your core strength while enhancing your flexibility and balance.
Yin (Gentle Yoga)
Ground Down to Slow Down
A quieting practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness to relieve stress in the body and mind. By holding postures for 3-5 minutes, Yin targets on releasing tension in the deep connective tissues, ligaments, and fascias in the body. Students will strengthen mental discipline by experiencing patience and stillness, leading to complete relaxation and bliss.


Yoga Sculpt
Turn Stress into Sweat
A high intensity full-body workout where muscles meet yoga. This class will help you boost metabolism, develop endurance and build lean muscles as you move with free weights to upbeat tracks. Be prepared to sweat through poses mixing cardio-strength training moves like squats and lunges with pulses.
Yinyasa
Flow and Hold
A combination of Vinyasa and Yin - the first half of the class will warm up the body with a dynamic flow and progress into foundational postures focusing on body alignment. This class includes an exploration from seated to standing poses, holding for several breaths to build strength and resilience. The second half of class will aim at longer holds in restful positions for the targeted muscles to cool down and delve into stillness.
